Ciara and 2 year old Érin
We were really struggling with our 2 year olds' sleep from around January 2022. After a lot of bugs and colds close together, Érin became dependent on sleeping beside her dad only. Only he could settle her to sleep at night time in our spare room double bed, which was taking up to an hour each night. She would then wake between 9pm-1am looking for Eoin and it could take another hour to settle back to sleep again. Érin was then waking early too. She also would only nap on the couch beside or on top of one of us during the day. Overall it was a disaster!
Claudia came highly recommended by a friend and after 6 months of no sleep, we contacted her and it is still one of the best decisions we ever made. From the first night we started sleep training, Érin has slept through the night from 8pm - 7.30am. She is back in her cot and loves it so much to the point that she asks for it now at night time when bed time is near. She is also napping in her cot for 90 minutes every day. While we had the backup of spaced soothing and had the timers ready to go we never needed them. It really has been life changing for us all and I don't think thank you will ever be enough for how much Claudia has helped our family. If you're in two minds about booking with Claudia this is your sign to bite the bullet and do it. It's worth every penny!!
Aisling & 4 month old Philip
We cannot thank Claudia enough for helping Philip become a fantastic sleeper. Before working with Claudia, Philip was 4 months old and we had no set routine and he needed a lot of rocking and soothing to go to sleep. Now we have a routine that works like clock-work and Philip puts himself to sleep. Claudia was so helpful, gave brilliant advice and was really flexible working with us at times that suited. I cannot recommend Claudia enough to any other new mums!
Anna & 4 month old Elle
I started to work with Claudia when my daughter was just over 4 months old! My daughter was waking 3-4 times a night looking for bottles & would never nap unless it was a motion nap. I didn't know how to break this habit and just assumed it was the way it was going to be for the foreseeable. After 2 nights following Claudia's plan we were down to just 1 feed and by 5months old our little girl has been sleeping 12hrs straight , loves her naps, and settles herself easily in her own cot if she happens to wake! As a new mum, working with Claudia has been a game changer. We feel like new people again now that we are all getting a good night's sleep, and our little one has never been so happy as she's getting the sleep she needs! If you're struggling with your baby's sleep routine, working with Claudia will be the best thing you will do for both you and your baby- we couldn't recommend Claudia anymore!!
Kate & 7 month old William
We started working with Claudia when William was 7 months old. At the time he was sleeping in our bed, refusing his cot, waking up every hour and impossible to settle with anyone else but me (Mum). After just a few short days of working with Claudia, William was in his own cot, in his own room and sleeping for 8hr stretches. The results were almost instant and a complete game changer. Claudia provided a detailed and easy-to-follow plan. She was quick to answer any questions, give extra support and importantly she provided the reassurance we needed to get started with and stick to the training. Her calm and friendly demeanour made her a pleasure to work with. With William now sleeping through the night, not only are Mum and Dad better rested, we can see what a difference it has made in William too. Nicole & 15 month old Zoe
Claudia has changed our life. We had a 15 month old baby that would only fall asleep holding on to her mummy or daddy, she would wake up 10-15 times a night. We couldn’t leave her with a babysitter for an overnight stay as she wouldn’t sleep. Trying to function on no sleep was becoming a struggle with work. We had tried a sleep training book with little success and found the whole experience traumatising. I didn’t think anything would work until we met Claudia. She was just what we needed, she customised a sleep training plan and routine that she knew would work for our little one. After 1 day of our daughter’s new routine she was already adapting really well and on the third night she was sleeping in her own cot without waking from 7-7. One month on after starting her new routine she is in love with her bedroom and her cot and asks us when it’s nap time to go to bed. She’s in such better form and even eating better. We are all much more rested and are able to enjoy our little angel now that we have a full night sleep. I cannot recommend Claudia enough. She was on the phone to me constantly the first few days when I didn’t know what to do. I was super nervous starting this new method with our daughter but she reassured us every step of the way.

Claudia was fantastic at supporting us through helping our 6 month old baby to self settle and sleep through the night. His daytime naps were particularly irregular and difficult to achieve before working with Claudia. She gave us the tools to settle our son, have more of a structure to our day and gave me some me time back! I never felt judged only supported and heard and I now feel confident in my ability to problem solve as we go forward. Claudia had very open communication throughout working with us and we always knew she was there to talk if we were having a particularly bad week. Claudia started working with us after our son turned 5 months old. She took great time to get know what was going on with our baby’s sleep and routine and provided a really clear and comprehensive plan to help us get on track with good sleeping habits. Claudia was flexible, patient and sensitive to the realities of family life (e.g. dealing with a bout of mastitis or a family holiday) and never us made feel like there as any rush. Thanks again for all your advice & support in our journey to sleep with our LIttle boy. We had a few issues to resolve at the beginning such as the removal of a sleepy head. These obstacles as difficult as they were (constant wakes) did not deter us from the plan. We kept going lengthening wake windows, attempting sleep awake (from a place of rocking / dancing / singing etc). The changes though simple were impactful. We couldn’t believe was our LIttle boy was capable all along. He just required help in ways different to the ones we tried before. Being so scared of “over tiredness” I often put my boy to bed with a lower sleep drive than necessary to sleep- this was a big learning. I was able to bring a rhythm to our days balancing feeds,naps, play & life generally. I have been able to meet friends out and about & still successfully have naps happen. I have a plan for progressing things as my LIttle boy develops. Claudia offered me confidence to navigate the future hurdles. But also a reassurance to take each day as an opportunity to reset; “going back to the plan” after an off day & allowing for sickness, events of life to happen. Leaning into those times & moving forward at the right time with trust in the process. My LIttle boy is thriving with his new routine, we’re all sleeping better & far more relaxed as we no longer “chase the sleep” across the day. Claudia’s responsiveness, professionalism & care. You helped me work out situations in the future with confidence in my ability to do the right thing on the day. Appreciating no day is perfect but things can be helped by either an early bed time or offering a short cat nap. I understand better now as does my partner.
