Frequently Asked

Questions

Who do I work with?
I work with families and babies from 12 weeks all the way up to 2 and a half years old to develop a pattern of healthy sleep habits. I work with clients all over Ireland and internationally.

How can I book a consultation? To schedule your consultation, please go to the booking page and pick a date for our initial consultation where you can pay your deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 14 days prior to your consultation. If you have any questions in advance of booking in, you can contact me by email or the website enquiry form.

What can I expect after booking a consultation? After booking your consultation, you will be sent a confirmation email including details of the appointment. 5 days in advance of your appointment, you will be sent a reminder email including the intake form and a link to pay the remainder of the amount owed.

Why do I need to fill out an intake form? This intake form is required so I can gather more information about your baby, their current routine and any issues you are having so I can make a personalised routine that suits both your baby and your family. This includes your little ones current schedule- with naps, nights, feeds, sleep environment etc.

What can I expect in the first week of working together? You will follow the personalised sleep plan for 5-10 days depending on your little ones age. After following your personalised sleep plan for 5-10 days, we will then begin with sleep training. If your baby has a consistent daytime routine, it is possible that sleep training may not be necessary as their nighttime sleep may naturally follow suit.

What do I do if my baby goes through a sleep regression after finishing working together? My goal is to teach parents the evidence behind each sleep plan so that they are equipped with the knowledge to handle all future stages of their little one’s sleep. I believe in educating and empowering parents through a collaborative relationship so that they understand the reason behind their baby’s schedule. This understanding allows parents to make informed decisions and appropriately adjust their child's sleep schedule in the face of any future setbacks.

What are realistic sleep outcomes for your baby? This will depend largely on your baby’s age, weight and development. However. on average, we will be aiming for 11-12 hours of sleep overnight alongside structured naps during the day.

Where will the consultation take place?
Your consultation will take place via phone with follow up via WhatsApp and email. Overseas client consultations take place via Zoom.

Can we still work together if I am breastfeeding and room sharing?
Yes I work with families who breast and/or bottle feed, I fully support parents in their choices, I will never ask you to do something you're not comfortable with.
